January • Clean bathroom fan grills • Vacuum kitchen refrigerator coils • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake & obstructions February: • Inspect and clean makeup air/heat exchanger and humidifier filters • Inspect and clean faucet aerators • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake obstructions March: • Drain sediment from water heater or clean filter in tankless heater • Visually inspect attic/crawl space for pests and water damage • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake obstructions April: • Inspect & clean gutters (Includes 100 feet of gutter not exceeding 22′ above the ground . additional cleaning will be charged at the rate of $1/ft.) • Visual inspection of roof & foundation • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake & obstructions May: • Inspect window/door screens • Inspect exterior hose bibs • Inspect & place garden hoses • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake & obstructions June: • Lubricate locks & squeaky doors *Check exterior exhaust vents *Visual inspection of home exterior addressing minor issues like caulk repairs, vent obstructions, insects, wasp nests, etc. July: • Clean bathroom fan grills • Inspect and clean makeup air/heat exchanger and humidifier filters • Replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake & obstructions August: • Inspect fire extinguisher • Lubricate, adjust & clean garage door • Test garage safety shut-off • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake & obstructions September: • Clean entire length of dryer vent line • Inspect and tighten laundry hoses • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake & obstructions October: • Inspect exterior hose bibs • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing minor issues like caulk repairs, vent obstructions, insects, wasp nests, etc. November: • Inspect & clean gutters (Includes 100 feet of gutter not exceeding 22” above the ground . Additional cleaning will be charged at the rate of $1/ft.) • Inspect weather stripping around exterior doors • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing minor issues like caulk repairs, vent obstructions, insects, wasp nests, etc. December: • Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries • Clean garbage disposal • Empty/clean washing machine filter (accessible filters only)
