March: • Drain sediment from water heater or clean filter in tankless heater • Visually inspect attic/crawl space for pests and water damage • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing vent/air intake obstructions *As time allows, address items on homeowner’s to-do list. June: • Inspect & clean A/C unit • Clean exterior air intakes • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing minor issues like caulk repairs, vent obstructions, insects, wasp nests, etc. Inspect & clean gutters (Includes 100 feet of gutter not exceeding 22′ above the ground . Additional cleaning will be charged at the rate of $1/ft.) *As time allows, address items on homeowner’s to-do list. September: • Clean entire length of dryer vent line • Inspect and tighten laundry hoses • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing minor issues like caulk repairs, vent obstructions, insects, wasp nests, etc. • Inspect fire extinguisher • Lubricate, adjust & clean garage door • Test garage safety shut-off *As time allows, address items on homeowner’s to-do list. December: • Replace smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries • Clean garbage disposal • Empty/clean washing machine filter (accessible filters only) • Lubricate locks & squeaky doors • Visual inspection of home exterior addressing minor issues like caulk repairs, vent obstructions, insects, wasp nests, etc. *As time allows, address items on homeowner’s to-do list.
